Spa Area Regulations

The Management has set in place regulations that are handed out at the reception/cash registers and that spa area guests are required to follow.

  1. In the spa area you must speak quietly, while inside the saunas and the cabins with different techniques it is recommended you remain silent so as not to disturb the other guests.
  2. It is required to wear a swimsuit or wraparound and slippers for the pool.
  3. Access to the sauna and various cabins is prohibited to those under 16 years old and those that are not in perfect physical or hygienic conditions.
  4. It is required to take a hot shower and dry off completely before starting the cycle in the saunas or different cabins.
  5. Leave your slippers outside the door before entering the sauna.
  6. It is best that before sitting down on the benches you lay a large towel down to completely absorb sweat; none of your body parts must directly touch the wood of the benches.
  7. It is recommended to stay in the sauna for no longer than 15 minutes.
  8. No more than 20 people can stay in the sauna at the same time.
  9. Aufguss is usually done by people authorised by Management, tentatively on the following days and times: Saturday and Sunday 12, 2, 4 and 6 PM, from Monday to Friday at 3, 5 and 7 PM. Furthermore, it is not allowed to participate in more than three Aufgusses in one day.
  10. It is not allowed to pour water on the red-hot stones; for this operation, call the personnel in service in the saunas. It is also not allowed to pour essential oils or essences other than those provided by the Management on the red-hot stones; they could trigger allergies in those present.
  11. It is not allowed to take oils, salts, honey, or products and accessories of any kind into the saunas. It is also not allowed to bring beverages in glass containers and cans.
  12. It is not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in the spa area.
  13. It is not allowed to smoke on the spa area’s terrace.
  14. In the relaxation area leave the beds free from personal items; this will allow for regular rotation of those who’d like to relax there.
  15. To maintain decorum, it is recommended you not bring backpacks, bags or large bags into the spa area.
  16. It is forbidden to consume food and beverages brought from outside in the pool / bar area, wellness area and SPA.
  17. The instructions of the personnel responsible for the pools and spa area must be followed; otherwise those that do not follow the general rules for the saunas and regulations of the thermal spa establishment may be asked to leave the rooms without reimbursement of the ticket.
